EVERY TIME HIGH & GUMMIEZ

1. Introduction

This Commercial License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Every Time High Project (“the Project”, “we”, “us”) and the owner of an Every Time High NFT or a Gummiez NFT (“You”, “Holder”).

By owning an Every Time High NFT or a Gummiez NFT, you accept this Agreement.

2. License Grant

As long as you own your Every Time High NFT or Gummiez NFT (the specific token ID recorded on the Ethereum contracts 0x1a015Aea6e8c097C10468FEaa1D9FfA62Ec3E41f for Every Time High or 0x37A053358a817805ce568010de56AFC855B0e990 for Gummiez), we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, modify and commercially exploit the artwork of your specific Every Time High or Gummiez NFT for any purpose.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Creating and selling physical or digital merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, etc.)
• Producing animations, videos, games, books, music or any other content
• Using it in advertising, branding, social media or personal projects

3. What You Do NOT Receive

You do not receive any rights to:

• The collection names “Every Time High” or “Gummiez”
• The ticker “ETH”
• Project logos, official branding, marketing materials or any other intellectual property of the Project

The Project retains full ownership of the brand, name and all collective intellectual property.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to use your Every Time High NFT or Gummiez NFT artwork in any way that:

• Promotes hate speech, violence, illegal substances in a harmful context, or anything that damages the reputation of the Project

5. Termination

This license automatically ends if you sell or transfer the NFT. The new owner will then receive the same rights.
